INFORMATION THAT CAN BE EXCHANGED

The information matters.
So does the connection.

Structured invoice data gives the electronic exchange a defined format. Keep that exchange associated with the customer, supplier and document workflows your team already manages in the ERP.

03 / PORTUGAL-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS AND CONFIGURATIONS

CIUS-PT
eSPap / FEAP

Invoice requirements, formats and submission options for the relevant Portuguese configurations. Confirm what applies to the recipient and the configured submission route.

These labels describe supported outgoing invoice formats and submission options. They do not establish support for every incoming profile or for electronic purchase-order exchange.

03 / THE RIGHT SETUP FOR YOUR WORKFLOW

A network connects
the organisations.
Your setup makes it useful.

Tell us who you invoice, which suppliers send you invoices and what your recipients require. We’ll help assess the service and Gestix configuration for your workflow.

Sending, receiving or both?

Confirm the service activation and supported setup for each direction. Receiving supplier invoices must be enabled; do not assume every edition or configuration includes the same scope.

What does the recipient require?

Confirm the relevant invoice profile, recipient and submission route. Portuguese CIUS-PT and eSPap/FEAP options depend on the applicable configuration.

Does Peppol settle fiscal requirements?

Peppol supports the exchange of structured documents. Tax, accounting and invoicing obligations still depend on the organisation, transaction and market. Confirm the applicable requirements for your situation.

Is a supplier order the same as an invoice?

They are separate business documents. This page describes invoice exchange; confirm any electronic supplier-order requirements separately with Gestix.
