Who these terms are for
Gestix products and services are provided by WESTIX T.I., Lda. and are intended exclusively for businesses, sole traders and professionals acting within their business activity, not for consumers.
Products and delivery
Gestix ERP is offered as a subscription (SaaS), available in Cloud or On-Premises modalities, across editions such as Gestix Business, Gestix Enterprise, Gestix POS and Gestix Life. Availability and features may change over time.
Subscription and renewal
Subscriptions run for 12-month periods and do not renew automatically. Continuing the service requires payment of the renewal fee; where offered, monthly or split payments are a way of paying the annual fee, not a monthly contract.
Pricing
Prices are those stated in the proposal, order, online store or price list at the time of contracting, plus VAT at the applicable rate unless indicated otherwise. Price changes apply only to future contracts or renewals.
Right to cancel online purchases
When a subscription is contracted and paid entirely online, without assistance from a partner or consultant, the Client may request cancellation and a refund within 14 days of activation, provided no invoice has yet been issued through Gestix.
Storage and data after cancellation
Gestix Cloud subscriptions include a base database-storage allowance; additional capacity is billed as needed. After a subscription ends, Cloud data is kept for 30 days so the Client can request an export, after which it may be permanently deleted.
Support and updates
Subscriptions include access to support channels and free updates required to keep the contracted edition compliant with applicable tax and legal changes. Custom development, data migrations and infrastructure administration are handled separately.
Responsibility for data
Gestix is a management tool. The Client remains responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for confirming the correct fiscal and legal configuration with their accountant or tax adviser.
Liability and governing law
WESTIX T.I., Lda.'s liability is limited as set out in the full Terms and Conditions. These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
