From the promise to the invoice. Keep it connected.
A customer order. A delivery in stages. An invoice for work already done. Keep the information connected, so your team can take the next step with confidence.
Less retyping. More continuity.Illustrative example
SALES, DELIVERY AND BILLING. ONE CONNECTED WORKFLOW.GESTIX ERP
01 / WHEN A DELIVERY CAN’T GO ALL AT ONCE
Part delivered. The rest stays in view.
Send what is ready now. Keep the remaining quantities on the same order, with a clear view of what was ordered, fulfilled and still outstanding. No separate back-order document to create.
REAL GESTIX INTERFACE
10 / 4 / 6French presses: ten ordered, four fulfilled, six remaining.
The order stays pending
Order 19 · Demo Riverside Café · Each line keeps its own progress. The delivery is listed with the order.
0 remainingAll lines fulfilled. The delivery and direct invoice remain linked.
Nothing remains: order closed
Order 18 · A separate, completed example. These are two different orders, not before-and-after views.
The order records demand; it does not reserve specific stock units. A delivery, or an invoice directly from the order, issues the goods from stock.
Sales Order Management: Gestix Business Pro and Enterprise.
02 / THE WORK IS ALREADY RECORDED
Don’t start the invoice from scratch.
Prepare invoices from eligible quotations, proformas or delivery notes. Reuse the information your team has already entered and keep the source documents connected.
Illustrated workflow example, not a product screenshot.
Less retyping for your team. A clear link to what was delivered.
03 / BILLING DOESN’T ALWAYS FOLLOW THE SAME PATTERN
Different working days. The same Gestix.
A monthly service. Goods on consignment. Orders from your webshop. Explore the workflow that fits how your business actually works.
“WE BILL THIS EVERY MONTH.”
Turn the next billing cycle into the next invoice.
Generate recurring invoices for subscriptions, service contracts, rents or memberships using defined billing cycles. Bill pending deliveries linked to active contracts within each applicable period.
Period 01Invoice ↗Period 02Invoice ↗Period 03Invoice ↗
Recurring invoice generation; not automatic payment collection.
“SOME SOLD. SOME CAME BACK.”
Know what is still with your customer.
Record customer consignments, invoice the quantities sold or consumed, and record returns of unsold goods. Consult the invoices and returns created from the consignment.

Illustrative example: twenty coffee mugs supplied on consignment.
“THE DATA IS ALREADY SOMEWHERE ELSE.”
Give your team less to re-enter.
Bring in document data from CSV
Bring document data into Gestix from CSV files and reduce manual entry. Available document types and import layouts depend on your configuration.
Connect webshop sales to invoicing
Reduce invoice entry for online sales with a REST API integration that creates invoices automatically in Gestix. Creation depends on valid document data and the enabled series and permissions.
Capabilities depend on your Gestix edition and configuration. We’ll help you assess the fit for your operation.
WHEN THE INVOICE NEEDS TO GO FURTHER
Another recipient. Another market. Keep the connection.
Keep electronic invoicing connected to your ERP. Send invoices and receive supplier invoices through a configured Peppol service within Gestix.
Outbound formats include UBL 2.1 and Peppol BIS Billing 3.0. Relevant Portuguese configurations also support CIUS-PT and eSPap/FEAP submission, according to the recipient and configuration.
Invoices in your customer’s currency
Gestix Enterprise supports invoices in a currency other than your company’s base currency. Maintain dated exchange rates; Gestix selects the rate applicable to the document date. The base-currency equivalent can also appear on the printed invoice or PDF, where configured.
Documents in different languages
Produce multilingual documents where the feature and relevant layouts are enabled. Choose document output language separately from the interface language.
Fiscal requirements in context
Document integrity controls, draft separation, audit trails and supported SAF-T exports help support applicable requirements. Relevant configurations support EU OSS, margin-scheme and cash-accounting VAT workflows. Obligations depend on your organisation and market.
